- Respond appropriately to reports of abuse or prohibited activities involving their servers.
- Take reasonable action to prevent continued violations of this policy by their users.

Such measures may include:
- Investigating complaints and reports of abuse or policy violations.

- Monitoring network activity and resource consumption for operational, security and service-integrity purposes.
- Requesting information or clarification from customers concerning suspected violations.
- Taking appropriate action where a violation is identified or reasonably suspected.

We do not undertake to actively monitor or review all voice communications, messages or content transmitted through customer-operated TeamSpeak servers. However, this does not limit our right to investigate reported violations or take action where necessary and legally permitted.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning or request corrective action.
- Restrict access to specific services or functionality.
- Temporarily suspend a TeamSpeak server or customer account.
- Suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases involving serious violations, security threats, unlawful activities or other circumstances requiring immediate action.
- Permanently terminate customer accounts and refuse future service.
- Preserve relevant information and cooperate with competent authorities where required or legally permitted.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate enforcement action based on the circumstances of each case.

Any suspension or termination under this policy shall be subject to applicable laws and the relevant provisions of our Terms of Service.

Customers and users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this AUP, including abuse, security incidents, fraudulent activities and other prohibited uses of our services.

Reports may be submitted through the support channels available on the Voicenode website.

When submitting a report, please provide relevant information and supporting evidence, where available, to help us investigate the matter.

We will review reports and take appropriate action where necessary, subject to applicable laws and our operational procedures.

9. Changes to This Policy

Copysan reserves the right to amend or update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational requirements, security practices or applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Continued use of our services following the publication of an updated policy shall be subject to the revised AUP, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
